Cancelling before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If goods have not left our warehouse we will usually cancel without charge. Made-to-order or special-order lines may not be cancellable once confirmed.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returnable within 14 days of delivery, subject to restocking and carriage costs stated on your quote. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are handled under our damage & defects policy.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order or quote reference before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
